Durable was founded on a simple belief: high performance should be sustainable.


For more than 20 years, I worked inside large organizations leading client success, building teams, and operating in the same high-pressure environments many leaders face today. During that time, I saw a consistent pattern: organizations push for performance, but very few know how to build systems that allow people to sustain that performance over time.


At the same time, outside of work, I spent a decade competing as a mountain ultra-runner. Endurance sports teach a fundamental truth: performance doesn’t come from intensity alone — it comes from durability.


Durability is what allows individuals and teams to withstand pressure, adapt, recover, and continue performing when conditions become difficult.


The same principle applies inside organizations.


That insight led me to develop the Durable Framework, a model that helps organizations understand and strengthen the factors that allow leaders and teams to perform at a high level without burning out.


Through Durable Consulting, I work with organizations to assess leadership pressure, identify burnout risk, and build cultures that support sustainable performance.
